AdminPilot is an AI-powered assistant designed to help users aggregate, scan, and schedule administrative events, tasks, renewals, and payments extracted from emails, transaction records, and uploaded documents.

AdminPilot is an organizational tool powered by artificial intelligence. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, medical, registry, or professional advice of any kind.
You are solely responsible for verifying all payment amounts, IBANs, invoice numbers, deadline dates, and government application instructions. AdminPilot is not responsible for unpaid bills, late filing penalties, or missed appointments.
2. User Accounts & Security
To use the services, you must register for an account using Clerk. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete information during signup.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or access.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the service to:
- Upload or scan any documents containing malicious software, viruses, or illegal materials.
- Reverse engineer or try to extract the underlying models or architecture of the platform.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or spoof recipient email forwarding aliases.
4. Integrations & Third-Party APIs
AdminPilot connects with third-party service providers, including Clerk (for authentication) and Google APIs (for Gmail & Calendar integrations). Your use of Google integrations is subject to the Google Terms of Service and APIs Terms of Service. AdminPilot is not liable for disruptions, changes, or service terminations enacted by third-party providers.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AdminPilot, its creators, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or financial assets, arising out of your reliance on the AI scans, matching alerts, or calendar sync functionalities.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service if we detect violation of these Terms, non-payment, or actions that threaten the integrity of the platform.
